You’ve been ever in a Zoo with Chinese? No, well you didnt miss a thing. The problem is that according to them (at least my parents in law) all the animals are some kind of mouse or other standard house pet.

So when we passed by some walrus my mom in law asked my wife “What is this for a weird mouse?” My wife tried to convince her that it is a sea mammal but all what happened then “That’s a really huge mouse!”…D’oh.

Have you ever seen the red panda? It’s a fluffly little thing and my dad in law “Oh, what a nice cat.”

You might say that this is all not so bad, just amusing. Ofcourse its amusing in the beginning but it all adds up to create a mass of confusing and irritation for a normal mortal being such as myself
